Rental Policies
Final policies must match OwnerRez, the boat booking platform, rental agreements, waivers, insurance requirements, and marketplace listings.
Lodging Policies
TBD: check-in/out, occupancy, renter age, smoking, pets, quiet hours, events, parking, deposits, cancellation, house rules.
Boat Policies
TBD: operator age, boater education, ID, waiver, deposit, fuel, launch/ delivery, late returns, weather, capacity, PFDs, alcohol, watersports/ towing, damage reporting.
Privacy / Terms
TBD: legal/privacy/cookie content. Do not publish generic legal copy without owner approval.
Safety
Guests and renters are expected to follow applicable laws, posted rules, rental agreements, safety instructions, and lake regulations.
